About

Erno TORNIKOSKI is a Senior Professor in Entrepreneurship in Grenoble Ecole de Management. He got his doctorate from ESSEC Business School, IAE Aix-en-Provence, and Vaasa University (Finland) in 2005. Earlier he has worked in ESC Saint-Etienne as Dean of the Faculty and Research, in EMLYON as Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship, and in Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (Finland) as Research Manager. His research interests are related to organizational emergence (legitimacy, personal network, opportunity characteristics), the development of entrepreneurial intentions, and new venture growth. His published research has appeared in Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, International Small Business Journal, Small Business Economics, and Applied Economics. Erno teaches Entrepreneurship (e.g. Opportunity evaluation, Business planning, New venture growth), Strategy, Innovation management, and Research methods themes.
