Esam M.A. Hussein is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Regina, Canada.
His research focuses on the industrial and medical uses of nuclear and atomic radiation for NDT and imaging. He is a recipient of the 2003 Canadian Nuclear Innovation Achievement Award, and the 200 Sylvia Fedoruk Award - 2000 of the College of Physicists in Medicine and the Canadian Organization of Medical Physics.
