About

The general aim of my research is obtaining biologically meaningful results from the analysis of data. My current interests include the use of statistics, machine learning, network science and genomics to understand the transcriptional and translational regulation in eukaryotic cells, and the integration of information from different sources. I have previous research experience with molecular biology and biochemistry. I believe my prior laboratory, and industrial experience facilitates the communication with scientists from other disciplines and the mining of relevant biological results.
