About

PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science (MSc) in Computational Engineering and Intelligent Systems. Researcher in the Division of Industry and Transport of TECNALIA. My expertise focuses on the numerical simulation applied to heat transfer, the adjustment of mathematical models, genetic algorithms, computational fluid dynamic and strength of materials. I have an extensive experience in these technologies because of my involvement in more than 80 projects of R+D+i for different sectors, mainly for the foundry industry. As a project of particular relevance may be mentioned my participation in the TriboLAB project, which involved the design and control from Earth of a tribology laboratory which was operating in the International Space Station during the years 2008 and 2009. I appear as co-author in 20 papers presented at international conferences, in 9 articles published in professional journals and in 1 chapter of book. Specialization: Numerical simulation, heat transfer, inverse modelling, strength of materials, artificial intelligence, computational fluid dynamic.
