Postdoctoral in Chemistry Engineering (2016) from Universidade de São Paulo Escola Politécnica, São Paulo, Brazil. PhD. (2015) and Master (2010) in Food Science from the State University of Campinas - Unicamp with period Doctoral sandwich at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto, Portugal (2013). Degree in Biological Sciences from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (2007). It has experience in Applied Microbiology area and Food Science with an emphasis on Biochemistry and Food Chemistry, with experience in the following areas: fermentation processes, production, characterization of biomolecules for industrial use, antioxidant capacity, high-performance liquid chromatography and ion exchange , atomic absorption spectrometry, manipulation techniques of cell culture, molecular biology, real-time PCR, trans-membrane transport studies using radioactive ligands, for quantification by liquid scintillometry beta counter (to quantify tritium), in vitro digestion simulation and , biotechnological approaches to preparation of meals and enzymatic digestions with food application. Currently working on bioremediation field with microorganisms.
