Fabrizio Bocci is a trainer, facilitator and consultant in strategic thinking, performance measurement and management, organization design and change. Fabrizio operates through the brand Bocci Consulting and is the creator of the Italian online resources centre on PM&M: www.performancemanagementreview.org.
He consults with public sector, profit-driven and not-for-profit organizations. In healthcare, Fabrizio operates in collaboration with Ce.Ri.S.Ma.S. In 2010 he was engaged as performance consultant by the Italian Commission for the Evaluation, Transparency and Integrity of the Public Administration. Since 2011 he has been involved by the Department of Public Administration in several projects to improve Local Government performance systems. Fabrizio is a chartered engineer in Italy and used to work as Managing Director of the Italian subsidiaries of a few multinational American companies.
His training and consulting interests focus on the following areas:
• Performance measurement and management: Fabrizio is the creator of the Mission-Oriented Balanced Scorecard, a BSC template specifically designed for public sector organizations. He has designed complete BSC systems for both profit-driven company and large public sector organizations.
• Incentive System: Fabrizio has designed an innovative incentive system that takes into consideration the current performance and the drivers of the future performance.
• Project Management: Fabrizio has facilitated project execution and management in different organizations to improve the quality of their decision, their organizational architecture and their operational effectiveness.
• Strategic Planning and Organizational Change Management: Fabrizio has helped both public and profit-driven companies to make their strategic plans and organizational changes.
Fabrizio has run workshops and training sessions in several Schools of Management and been a speaker at academic and practitioner conferences.
