About

My name is Falah Mousa, a Swedish citizen, born in 1960 in Najaf. I have more than 10 years experience in development and implementation of Government Affairs, Public Management, National Development strategies and Public Communication. In addition to Project Management, Reconstruction Policy, Media and Journalism, which I gained from my work with a High Professional Institutions and Governmental Organizations in Iraq and Europe. Since October 2008-ongoing, I am working as Advisor to The President of Iraq. My duties include advising the President on public Management, development and reconstruction. Prior this, I worked as a Director General of Administration and Finance at The Executive Office of The President of Iraq. I would like to refer, as well to my experience as a Director General of Media and Communications Directorate at the Presidency Divan of the Republic of Iraq, for two years. Most of my work, for more than 10 years, in Sweden (as a University Lecturer), Turkey (as a researcher), Czech Republic (as a Broadcaster), UAE (as a Media and Communications advisor) and Iraq, was focused on Research, Middle East policy, Communications, and then Government affaires and Development. Experience, skills and abilities that I can offer you include: - Government affairs and Development strategies. - Project management and Reconstructions issues. - Communications and Media strategies. - Management and HR. - Resource developments, Cultivate Relationships with Government, NGOs, Donors and International organizations. -Skills and experience in Journalism, Radio and Writing. -Deep scientific knowledge of the political, economic, social and cultural reality of the Middle East, including its history and heritage in all there dimensions. -Ability to use lotus notes, Microsoft Office, Windows, Photoshop and MS Project Management.
