About

As a research associate in MIT's Transit Lab, I support research activities by providing guidance to graduate students and developing software tools for analyzing large sets of transit operations data, including automated vehicle location (AVL), automated fare transaction (AFC), and automatic passenger counting (APC) data. These tools are used by MIT researchers as well as our industry sponsors. I also teach MIT's Public Transportation Systems course. My research aims to improve the effectiveness of real-time transit operations planning and control.
