About

The emphasis of my research is partly on the synthesis of functional nanoparticles, with an emphasis on anisotropic (mostly Platonic and Archimedean shapes) magnetic nanoparticles. The other part is devoted to the fabrication of new hybrid systems based on nanocellulose (bacterial cellulose, microfibrilated cellulose or cellulose nanocrystals) and functional nanoparticles with optical, catalytic, or magnetic properties.
