About

I designed and implemented the VISIR model, a ship routing system for safe and efficient navigation and presently lead its scientific and operational development. I am the scientific coordinator for CMCC of the Horizon-2020 project AtlantOS. I am interested in the environmental impact of maritime transportation, especially in reference to climate change. Furthermore, I have been responsible for the teaching activities within the educational project OTTIMA.
