Giuseppe Silano received the B.Sc. in 2012 and the M.Sc. with honors (cum laude) in 2016. He has a keen interest in the software and control of robotic and embedded systems. What excites him most about this field are the challenging, multidisciplinary problems that require him to use the background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Control Systems to develop an integrated solution. He is currently pursuing a PhD in “Information Technologies for Engineering” (ITE) at the University of Sannio, in Benevento, ITALY with the Group for Research on Automatic Control Engineering (G.R.A.C.E.). I'm working on the design and develop of algorithms for autonomous systems in virtual reality environments, such as Gazebo, using machine learning techniques and formal methods for analysis and control of small UAV systems. If you had like to know more about him, please stay tuned on this web page, or feel free to contact him.
