Graham is a Technical and Policy Advisor with the Pembina Institute’s Policy Group. Currently his main lines of work are sustainable transportation and energy solutions. He has co-authored transportation solution papers Driving Down Carbon and Bridging the Gulf and provided technical analysis for a wide range of projects and clients. Prior to joining Pembina, he worked as a green building engineer. Graham holds a BA.Sc. from the University of Toronto where he studied in the engineering science program, specializing in infrastructure engineering. Away from his desk Graham is an avid biker (even through Canadian winters!) and ultimate frisbee player.
