Mr. Koynash is an experimentalist with research interests which include space plasma instrumentation and investigations the solar wind, dynamics of the magnetosphere, and space plasma processes including reconnection. He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 2007, faculty of theoretical and experimental physics, Department of plasma physics. He is working in space plasma department of Space Research Institute, Moscow. His focus is on space plasma instrumentation and on the experimental measurement of velocity distribution of charged particles in space plasma. He is currently a Co-Investigator of panoramic plasma analyzer DI on Roscosmos Phobos-Grunt mission and the team member of PICAM panoramic plasma analyzer on ESA’s Bepi-Colombo mission. He heavily contributed to design concept of these two instruments.
