About

Gustavo Motta received the Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Brazil, in 1990, and the M.Sc. degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil, in 1992, both in computer science, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics systems from the University of São Paulo Polytechnic School (EPUSP), Brazil, in 2004. Currently he is an Associate Professor at Federal University of Paraíba. He has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis in Health Informatics and Computer Security, working in the sub-areas of security in telemedicine and electronic health record, role based access control, software architectures and security mechanisms.
