About

I am investigating microbial life from extreme environments. Studying these microbial communities offers exciting opportunities for revisiting enzymatic reactions involved in carbon fixation and energy utilization. Microbial life under non-standard conditions offers opportunities for isolating and characterizing new and innovative metabolic pathways.
