Biologist in Natural Resource Management and B.S. degree in Natural Resources (2011) from the Catholic University of Temuco, and since 2013 I started a PhD in systematics and biodiversity in the Departament of Zoology, University of Concepción, Chile. Researcher and ornithologist, my work has focused in the study of the community ecology, singing behavior and breeding behavior of raptors and owls (i.e., Rufous-tailed Hawk, Austral Pygmy Owl and Rufous-legged Owl), of the temperate forest of southern Chile, and the population dynamics of endangered or little know birds as Red-legged cormorant and Hellmayr's pipit. And now i'm also working on systematics and taxonomy of South American passerine birds.
