Research interests


Senior scientist in statistics and modelling, and in their applications to agro-ecology and epidemiology. Agronomy engineer diploma (1986, AgroParisTech) PhD in applied statistics (1991, AgroParisTech) Habilitation (HDR) in statistics (1997, U. Paul Sabatier, Toulouse) PhD student then scientist at Inra since 1986, in the department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Long visits to Rothamsted Experimental Station, UK (1987-88), Arvalis Institut du Végétal (1997-99), Isaac Newton Institute (2011). Deputy Head of the MIA department of Inra since February 2014. Head of the GdR Mascot-Num on mathematical methods of simulation-based model exploration since January 2016
