About

I am the Assessment Librarian in the Harold B. Lee Library at Brigham Young university. In this position I design, conduct, analyze, and disseminate assessment findings on how well library services are being delivered to patrons. Topics recently assessed are, the development of personas for faculty and student patrons, Website analysis, Way Finding studies. I also consult and assist other librarians with their research and assessment needs. In a separate line of research, I am working with Engineering and the Kennedy Center to revise and develop assessments for students attending international programs.
