Hello. I'm a lecturer and folk musician. Much of my work was in the Midlands of England, mainly at The University of Derby, where I taught Marketing Strategy and research skills. I returned to Scotland and began lecturing at Nclan where I teach on HND, HNC and degree courses, principally in management and marketing (2016). I am interested in research on worker co-ownership and participation. Musically, I play jigs & reels on the Mandolin, with bands around Glasgow, Scotland's City of Music. Music making is, of course, a participatory activity but one which involves leadership and creativity.
