Ibrahim ARPACI is Assoc. Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Gaziosmanpasa University. He was a visiting scholar at Ryerson University, Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management, Toronto, ON, Canada (2012-2013). He holds a BSc in Computer Education and Instructional Technology (2005) from Anadolu University, an MSc in Information Systems (2009) and a PhD in Information Systems (2013) both from Middle East Technical University.
