Holds a MSc degree in Interactive Media and Knowledge Environments and a BSc degree in Computer Science by Tallinn University. Works as a project manager and interaction designer at Tallinn University's Center for Educational Technology. Previously worked as an application's administrator and a usability specialist at the Estonian Information System's Authority. Taught several Bachelor and Master level courses covering the topics of interaction design, mobile applications design, usability, accessibility, concept mapping, and prototyping.
