My interest focuses on the urban imagination around the late Viceroyalty of Peru, with emphasis in cartographic texts in XVIIIth century. I am interested in reciprocal relationship between urban maps and urban processes.
I was educated at Ricardo Palma University, Lima-Peru, (BA Architecture, 1996); National University of San Marcos, Lima, 2000-2003 (M.A. History); and University of Sevilla, Spain (Doctorado en Arquitectura, 2006).
