About

Dr Jagdeep Singh is a Research Fellow in Sustainable Business at NTU and is a member of the Centre for Industrial Energy, Materials and Products (CIE-MAP). He is currently working on identifying and evaluating environmentally sustainable business practices focusing on resource efficiency and the circular economy. Jagdeep has pursued his PhD degree in Industrial Ecology at KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm, Sweden. He has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Himachal Pradesh University) and a Master’s in Energy Studies (Renewable Energy Technologies) - an interdisciplinary master’s program offered at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He has worked in academia (as a university teacher for one year) and industry (as a project engineer). His research interests involve sustainability science, environmental justice and policy analysis. Apart from my academic activities, he is deeply interested in social psychology, environmental philosophy and mysticism.
