The mission of my program is to assist the nursery industry improve resource efficiency, optimize production, provide sustainable revenues, and minimize environmental impacts. My integrated research and extension program addresses four interrelated horticultural production topics: (1) water management, (2) nutrient efficiency and fate, (3) agrichemical management and remediation, and (4) physiochemical properties and hydrology of soilless substrates, all of which are key to the success of the Green Industry.
