About

My research considers legal questions that have emerged regarding discourse in democratic society in the era of social media and other network-based communication tools. My research draws from legal as well as philosophical influences to address questions about how 21st-century communication issues can be answered in light of central legal principles and precedents that are decades if not centuries old.
