Jesús B. Alonso-Hernández received the Telecommunication Engineer degree in 2001 and the Ph.D. degree in 2006 from University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC-Spain) where he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Signal and Communications from 2002. His research interests include signal processing in biocomputing, biometrics, nonlinear signal processing, recognition systems, audio characterization and data mining.
