Born in the US and working abroad in Canada, Japan and Thailand for over 10 years with over 15 years professional services experience. Instructor and lecturer at the JD and Masters of Law level for more than 10 years with a focus on international commercial law, taxation, and international financial regulation. My current SJD research focuses on the ethical perceptions of finance professionals and how to effectively incorporate ethical norms into regulation and training of such professionals.
