My research interests are in the areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR), tourism service development and management education. My work tends to adopt a discursive and stakeholder perspective and is related to a tourism context. I use qualitative methodologies such as action research and ethnography. Currently, I am looking into the relationships between responsible tourism business and animal labour as well as the combination of foresight and service development to foster sustainability.
