Molecular Dynamics Intrinsically Disordered Proteins Machine Learning Computational Biology

For my early graduate work, I studied the neural basis of selective attention for categorization and working memory under David C. Noelle (Associate Professor, UC Merced). For my Ph.D., I worked with Shawn Newaam (Associate Professor, UC Merced) and Michael Colvin (Professor, UC Merced) developing computational approaches for studying protein intrinsic disorder. Following graduation, I was a postdoctoral fellow under S. Gnanakaran (Research Scientist, Los Alamos National Laboratory) and used multiscale modeling methods to study bacterial drug resistance, HIV vaccine development, and nerve agent neutralization.
