With nearly 30 years of experience in K-12 public education throughout Colorado, Judy Bauernschmidt provides her insights as the executive director of the Colorado eLearning Collaborative. As an eLearning consultant with the company, Bauernschmidt first guided clients in utilizing their resources to produce quality eLearning options. Moreover, Judy Bauernschmidt advises teachers and administrators on using new technology to bolster their institutions. One of Bauernschmidt's new endeavor's is working with the Denver Metro Small Business Development Center. For this organization, her company, eL3, applies the LEADING EDGE™ system of the Plan Forward course. This 11-week program takes people through the first steps in running their own business, from creating an initial business plan to developing a functional business system. Students learn about the multiple facets of starting and running their own businesses through both classroom sessions and online resources.
