About

During my PhD, I had been interested in how a embryo shaped at early stage. Using zebrafish gastrula model, I focused on one particular structure, the prechordale plate, which is the most anterior part of deep axial cells. For my post-docotoral project, I focus on mechanisms of morphogenesis by applying material physics concepts. I try to identify tissue properties changes during early zebrafish development.
