About

I have been trained as a computater scientist and worked in several fields of industry and disciplines; financial automation (during active duty as a IT specialist and programmer at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan), computational finance (during B.S. & B.F.E.), computational web/mobile advertisement (during B.S. as an undergraduate student researcher), machine vision and visual psychophysics (during M.E. as a graduate student and a visiting student researcher). The major turning point in my academic career is meeting Professor Christof Koch. Since I joined his research group, I started to conduct my research on computer vision and visual psychophysics. In 2011, after going through internship, I joined Prof. Dr. Bülthoff's department at Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics.
