    A technology start-up executive and former corporate attorney, Kamran A. Khawar draws on an in-depth knowledge of U.S. and international business law. Kamran A. Khawar earned his juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, during which time he also studied international and comparative law at the University of London and served as a clerk in the United States Congress' House Commerce Committee and the United States Attorney's Office. Also a former attorney in Irvine and Costa Mesa, California, Kamran Khawar has secured favorable judgments on matters including product liability, breach of contract, wrongful termination and discrimination. Also, he secured summary judgments on matters involving breach of contract as well as environmental exposure and effectively opposed a summary judgment in a declaratory relief action against his client, securing compensatory damages in malicious prosecution including attorney fees and costs thereafter. Kamran Khawar now leverages his legal acumen as President and former General Counsel for VinoVue, Inc, a software and technology product development company currently anticipating product release.
