About

I am a postdoctoral scholar in the lab of Dr. Charles Limb. My current research interests are two fold: 1) Studying complex sound perception (e.g. music) in cochlear implant users and 2) studying the neuroscience of creativity, particularly improvisation. I am also a collegiate faculty member of San Francisco Conservatory of Music, co-teaching a class on Music and the Brain with Dr. Indre Viskontas.
