About

Kate Huddlestone obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stellenbosch University (South Africa) in 1999 majoring in English Studies and General Linguistics and obtained her Masters degree in Linguistics cum laude from Stellenbosch University in 2001. Kate was awarded her doctorate on June 17th, 2010 at Utrecht University (the Netherlands) for her dissertation titled "Negative Indefinites in Afrikaans". Kate has been employed as a lecturer in the department of General Linguistics, Stellenbosch University, since 2002.
