About

Katie Trozzo is a PhD student at Virginia Tech. Her graduate fellowship landed her in Virginia's Grayson and Carroll counties to live and study community-based agroforestry economic development. She facilitates the Blue Ridge Woodland Growers, a group of 100 stakeholders focused on building sustainable land-abased economies through the development of agroforestry systems and products. Her research focuses on the impact of this network on overall community capacity and collective impact for change.
