I support the astronomy, geology, geophysics, and physics communities at Yale. My primary professional interests are information literacy, how scientists communicate, scholarly communication metrics, information overload and coping mechanisms for said overload, and 21st-century data and embedded librarian services. My professional activities include a lot of instruction at undergraduate, graduate, postdoc, and faculty/research scientist levels. My personal interests are creative writing, linguistic grammar, sociolinguistics, and femme studies.
