Kazumasa Hayashi is a Project Assistant Professor at KOMEX:Komaba Organization for Educational Excellence, College of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo in Japan from June 2007. He received M.S. and PhD. degrees in Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Technology, now the Graduate School of System Design, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan in 2004 and 2008 respectively. He was working at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Toyohashi University of Technology in 2005-2007. His current major research interests are learning space design and active learning, learning environment design, engineering education.
