The direct descendent of Sir Thomas Scriven, lord of Frodesley Manor Estate in England, Keith Scribner performs as a Washington State real estate investor through Scribner Investment Companies. Additional information can be discovered at www.ScribnerInvestmentCompanies.com. For over 30 years, Scribner has used his company to invest and develop commercial real estate across the state. This fascination with real estate started before he was a teenager, and he attended seminars about purchasing and selling property from a young age. Since from his start, Keith Scribner has invested in office buildings, stand-alone buildings, and restaurants, among other facilities.
Through his investments, Scribner has acquired numerous properties throughout Washington. The 13,500-square-foot Cheney Square Retail Center in Cheney features a Dollar Tree and space for two additional tenants. With multiple size options, the 9,300-square-foot Division Street Square consists of up to five spaces for retail stores. Also on Division Street, the nearly 9,000-square-foot Centre Place Plaza accounts for another retail center available for lease through NRE, a real estate company which manages several of the Keith R Scribner Trust owned property investments. Additionally, he owns, thru private investment companies, the 8,700-square-foot New Retail Center called Division Street Place Retail Center, which was named one of Spokane's nicest retail centers. Outside of commercial properties, Scribner restored a 10,000 sq ft mansion originally built by railroad tycoon George Odell. This estate sits on nearly 2.5 acres overlooking downtown Spokane on Rockwood Blvd and includes a carriage house, a four car garage, a ball room, wine cellar, a craft room, and artist studio. Currently, he is developing a rare 1.5-acre secluded parcel of land bordered by a cliff over looking downtown Spokane at Greenwood Cemetery for the use as his family's private burial estate.
