Research Interests: User Experience UX,Usability Engineering, Quality of Customer/user Experience for Multimedia Services, Quality of Service (QoS),Network Traffic Analysis,Service & Network Performance, and HCI. Introduction:I am working over Customer eXperience oriented Service Management or Quality of Experience (QoE) aware Service Design and Network Peformance Management for interactive Multimedia services (VOIP,Audio Teleconf etc),Cellular Networks (3G,3G+) and Distributed web services (E-Services,Composed Services etc). Modeling Approach:I use Cognitive Science, Psychological Models and Service Eco System to model QoE domain.For the analysis of Human requirements (QoE data),I use some analytical tools like RST and Ontological languages.QoE Model can be utilized to design new services/applications as well as refine existing services and products of both teleco and web world. European Research Project:Additionally I am working over EU project SERVERY,work Package 3,where I am responsible for deliverable related to quality of service,SLA and Business Models applicable in distributed environment.
