About

I'm a South African graduate student in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University being advised by Dr. Lee Giles. My research interests include information retrieval, machine learning, digital libraries and cultural heritage preservation. My work primarily involves investigating the use of machine learning and text inspection techniques for managing data collections as part of the DisposeSeer project and I'm also involved in the architecture, planning and day to day running of the CiteSeerX digital library.
