Luc Lagrandeur is Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Faculty of Management at Laurentian University, teaching courses in marketing, consumer behavior, marketing communication, business-to-business marketing, retailing management, electronic marketing, small business start-up and small business consulting. Luc has 10 years of practical marketing experience; he held positions such as Strategic Account Manager, Marketing Manager and Manager of Customer Relations for one of Canada’s largest information technology outsourcing company in Montreal. His current interests focus in the field of internet/electronic marketing for businesses and government. He is currently undertaking doctoral studies (DBA) in e-business at Université de Sherbrooke. His studies are focused on the impacts of online municipal services at the organizational level and that of the relationship and interaction level with citizens.
