About

I joined the Pace Law School full-time faculty in 2007. Prior to that, I clerked for the Honorable Federico Hernández Denton, Chief Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. I served as the Rembe Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Washington and as a visiting Professor of Criminal Law at the Torcuato Di Tella University in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the Sergio Arboleda University in Bogota, Colombia. I currently serve as editor in charge of book reviews for the New Criminal Law Review.
