About

Currently working on comparative genomics, most of them metagenomics projects as well as transcriptomics. Particular interest is the connection of genes with microbial diversity, and figure out how to find and measure the adaptation of genes to particular environments or constrains. After some time and postdocs (Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada, and Center for Advanced Research in Public Health CSISP - Universitat de València, Spain) starting a new season like an autonomous researcher!
