Luis Urquiza Aguiar, received the Engineering degree in Electronic and Networking from Escuela Politécnica Nacional (EPN), Quito, Ecuador in 2008 and his Msc. and Ph.D Degrees in Telematics Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain in 2012 in 2016, respectively. His research activity is focused on VANETs (Vehicular Ad hoc Networks), including routing, privacy and optimization.
