I work at the Griffith University Business school as a Senior Lecturer in Management and Information Systems. I also Deputy Head of Department for Teaching and Learning. My research is focused on how thinking patterns influence the assessment and solving of messy problems. I also have an interest in how Feral Information Systems and workaround influence technical systems. Recently I have ventured into teaching communities of practice as part of my role and published several papers in that area.
