Magnus Steinsvoll Prøsch is studying for the MSc in Management Research at Saïd Business School and will write his dissertation under the supervision of Rafael Ramirez. His research interests include complexity, uncertainty, randomness and the means with which managers deal with these issues.
Prior to entering the MSc programme, Magnus worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is experienced in the consumer goods and telecom industries, where he has worked on change management, customer loyalty and organisational restructuring to facilitate innovation. In addition to his consulting experience, Magnus also has experience in the oil and gas industry as well as investment banking.
Magnus holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). During his time at NHH, he especially enjoyed courses in macroeconomics, applied mathematics, and statistics and worked as a teaching assistant in financial accounting.
