Undergraduate degree in Management (2002) and Specialist in Business Management (2005) by Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina - Campus de São Miguel do Oeste. International Specialist in Local development by International Labour Organization - United Nations, Turin, Italy (2006). M.Sc. degree in Management by Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009) with international exchange period at Euromed-Marseille Business School, Marseilles (France) in 2008, working as visiting professor (exchange student). Currently, he is PhD Student in Management at Federal University of Parana. Perfectioning course on Strategic management of local and regional development by CEPAL/UN, Santiago de Chile, Chile (2006).
