    For example in twin photon beam experiments if setting dependent parameters describing measuring instruments are correctly introduced then various Bell type inequalities cannot be proven and quantum imperfect correlations between outcomes of Alice and Bob may be explained in a locally causal way. At the same time the experimenters have a freedom of choice and the violation of parameter independence in the experimental data does not mean the violation of Einsteinian signalling !.
