About

Mariana works as Senior Design Researcher in M4ID. She concentrates in designing publication strategies, writing and selecting content in relation to design studies and framing research results into different publication formats. She specializes in participatory design and co-design practices within service and interaction design processes.

M4ID’s vision is improved development and health outcomes for people living in low-resource settings. M4ID provides human centred design and creative communication solutions for development and health challenges. In addition to partnering with civil society, Foundations, UN agencies, academia, and national public sector partners, M4ID also independently researches and develops new service and communication concepts, filling innovation gaps in the area of reproductive, maternal and newborn child health.
